OUR MISSION
There are NO limits.
Minor-IT is a Los Angeles-based non-profit, that enables African-American and black minority youth to pursue IT careers through educational experience, safe peer-to-peer learning, and networking. We also include guidance as well as mentoring to achieve unlimited career success. We sponsor, counsel, and network with children and teens to help facilitate change in an underrepresented industry.

Minor-I.T gives minorities a fighting chance at success in IT. Minor-I.T. helps disenfranchised young women and of color to become the leaders of the future through technology. We empower change for African-American and black minority students by increasing their access to IT careers.
